We prefer payment via
MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. In addition, we
will accept payments via money orders, cashiers checks, BidPay, and
PayPal. The shopping cart is set up so that if you are not using
one of the credit cards above you may mark the payment Mail Money
Order/Cashiers Check and we will contact you with instructions on
completing your transaction.
Your privacy is a
valuable asset and we want you to know that we respect it. Orders
shipped from Temptatia are shipped in standard USPS Priority Mail
boxes using a discrete return address label. Additionally, we do
not give, rent, or sell customer information to other
companies, or share any of your private information with anyone outside
of our companies.

Return
Policy
All
of our leather products are guaranteed to be as described and ordered.
We accept authorized returns when the request is made within three
days of receipt of the item, the item is in new, unused condition, and
where there is a defect in workmanship or materials. You must
contact us for an authorization number before you return any item.
When
you order clothing we will exchange the item for an identical item in
a different size. The item must be returned with all the
original packaging and be mailed within 3 days of receipt.
Before mailing you must contact us for a return authorization
number.
We
will not accept returns or exchanges without an authorization number.

Rush
Orders
Most orders are shipped
within 72 hours. Corsets require about 10 days to complete and
ship. The exception is custom orders where we must make
significant changes to our patterns or in the
unlikely event that we must reorder a particular fabric to complete your
work.
We offer a variety of shipping methods including FedEx
Overnight, FedEx 2 Day, and USPS Express Mail. Using one of these
mailing options insures delivery within a set time -- depending on the
service you select; however, it does not
bump your order to the top of the list in our workshop. If
you simply must have an item quickly and within a guaranteed time frame
we will gladly move your order to the head of the line and work all
night if we must to get it out on time; however, there is a charge for
expediting your order within the workshop. Rush orders will
be subject to payment of a 25% rush order fee for all items except
corsetry. Corsets require a rush order fee of
35%.
